800 sq. ft studio available to rent for your class or event

$50/hour on weeknights. (1 hour minimum, each additional half hour - $25)
$60/hour on Saturday (2 hr. minimum $120, each additional half hour - $30) 
$75/hour on Sunday (2 hr. minimum $150, each additional half hour - $35)

Discounts available for eight or more rental hours a month,.

 Discounted rates available if rented on a contracted recurring basis.

the Dulles Toll Rd., just one mile from Reston Towncenter.
